Thought leaders across a wide range of industries often reach out to Duarte for their biggest, most important presentations. In this case, customer experience was the topic and our Zappos stakeholder needed help building a deck that was persuasive, engaging, and could work for diverse audiences. This walking deck has made its way around the globe several times over, its content and design reflecting both the brand’s quirky identity and the speaker’s powerful POV. Zappos and Duarte have built a successful partnership, and while we developed the original deck a while back, we later partnered again to give it a refresh.
